Relief that is moulded, not carved.

Baroque mirrors show best what polyurethane can do: pierced scrolls, acanthus leaves and shells moulded in one piece and finished in gold or silver, at a fraction of the weight of carved wood.

    Why polyurethane?

Linia Zetta chose polyurethane for ecological, economic and ergonomic reasons, as well as for the comfort and reliability of the products.

Kitchen with glossy orange fronts and dark grey units
Every day we use polyurethane in one form or another: at home, at work, in cars, in sport and on holiday.

Polyurethane is a versatile, contemporary and safe material. Working with the best raw-material suppliers and new low-density materials, we create the widest range of furniture shapes and structures: pleasant to the touch, ergonomic, and lasting far longer than conventional furniture.

    STRUCTURAL

Rigid like wood. Moulded like metal.

For parts that must keep their shape: frames, mirrors, fronts and housings. It is cast in a mould, so reliefs and curves come out in a single piece.

    • Picture frames
    • Mirrors
    • Furniture fronts
    FLEXIBLE

Soft to the touch, firm over time.

For surfaces you sit or lean on: chairs and upholstery. It returns to its original shape and stays comfortable for years.

    • Chairs
    • Seats
    • Upholstery
    Try it yourself

Three moulds, three kinds of polyurethane.

Choose the polyurethane for each mould. Once it’s poured, touch the piece: the rigid one won’t give, the soft one slowly recovers after you press it, and the flexible one stretches and springs back when you let go.

    01

    Ecological

Low-density materials: less raw material for the same shape.

    02

    Economical

One piece moulded in one go, with no joints and no hand carving.

    03

    Ergonomic

Rounded shapes, pleasant to the touch, designed around the body.

    04

    Durable

A service life far longer than conventional furniture.

    Technical data

    Less material, the same insulation.

Rigid polyurethane foam insulates as well with 3 cm as clay does with 20 cm. Beyond furniture, the same properties make it well suited to insulation.

    07 · Questions

    What businesses ask us.

    What is a 1:1 sample?
A full-size example of the object you want to produce: an existing part, a prototype or a model. From it we make the mould and then produce the parts in series, in polyurethane.
I don’t have a sample, only an idea. Can you help?
Write to us and we will talk it through. The surest starting point is still a 1:1 sample, because the production mould is made directly from it.
    Where is the factory?
In central Romania, in the village of Tăureni, Mureș County, 9 km from Luduș, at Str. Principală nr. 258. We are open Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 15:30.
What is the difference between structural and flexible polyurethane?
Structural polyurethane is rigid and keeps its shape, so we use it for frames, mirrors and fronts. Flexible polyurethane is soft and elastic, suited to chairs and surfaces you sit on.
Why polyurethane rather than wood or chipboard?
Because it can be moulded into almost any shape: curves, reliefs and rounded corners, all in one piece. It is light, pleasant to the touch and lasts longer than conventional furniture.
    Where do you deliver?
Throughout Romania and to neighbouring countries. Transport cost and lead time are included in the quote.
How do I request a quote?
Fill in the form above or email office@zettamobili.ro. Describe the object or the catalogue models, the quantity and the finish, and if you have a sample, send us photos of it.
